This KEVI 2533 chair is now an icon of Danish design, designed in 1958 by Jorgen Rasmussen initially for Kevi, subsequently, in 1968 there was the merger with Fritz Hansen, since then it was marketed by this prestigious Danish company.
The notable popularity of this chair is due to its essential design and timeless function. The seat and backrest, in black curved multi-layer beech, are adjustable by means of a handle. The backrest is inclined with a joint. The Kevi wheels were also designed by Jørgen Rasmussen in 1965 and made it one of the smoothest chairs on the market.
This chair has been among the most imitated worldwide.
Jørgen Rasmussen received many recognitions and prizes for his invention, the chair is exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
The chair for sale is in very good vintage condition, with minimal signs of wear, the adjustments and wheels are functional, it still has its original label with production date 2006, it is totally intact and original.
